Winterweed Farms was born from the shared passion of Jess and Russ—husbands, dog dads, and lifelong explorers. Jess, hailing from the Appalachian Mountains, and Russ, from the heart of Wisconsin, have always been deeply connected to the land. With a love for cooking, spices, and natural remedies, they’ve spent years cultivating gardens and working alongside their families in sustainable farming. Inspired by nature’s ability to heal and nourish, they turned their focus to saffron, creating an indoor, eco-friendly farm dedicated to producing the purest organic saffron and spices.
